Professional Services: These are generally divided into the following work stages:

Initial Visit & Feasibility Study: A design brief will be formulated based on the requirements for the project in relation to the budget. General options will be discussed and we will advise on any potential legal / local authority issues. 

 

Survey & Scheme Design: Once appointed, we will carry out a measured survey in order to prepare sketch options for further discussion. 

 

Planning Application: When the design has been agreed, we will prepare the necessary drawings and information required for submission to the local authority.

Building Regulations & Tendering: Once the planning approval has been received, we will proceed to detail design and construction drawings, which will be submitted for building regulations approval and used to obtain competitive quotations from builders or to negotiate with your preferred builder.

Building Contract Administration: We will prepare and administer an appropriate building contract, to ensure that the builder completes the works that he has been contracted to carry out for the agreed budget, standard and programme.

Interior Design: We offer a a total stand alone or integrated interior design service to include everything from conceptual designs, mood boards, FF&E,  AV, colour schemes and everything in-between.
